Our Mission
MTSAi builds systems designed to recognise & reward that difference, providing Indian city governments with a more politically sustainable approach to congestion management & the opportunity to evaluate substantial recurring revenue opportunities through improved road-use management.

MTSAi is developing reward-based congestion pricing (RBCP), a more politically sustainable approach to congestion pricing designed for Indian urban conditions. RBCP is designed to help cities evaluate substantial recurring revenue opportunities from congestion management while encouraging citizens to make congestion-reducing travel choices through incentives, rewards, recognition, & city-approved participation frameworks.
The platform is also designed to include a city-branded commuter app that provides residents with a visible channel to participate in congestion-reduction programmes, earn rewards, & receive recognition for positive mobility choices.
MTSAi is currently in the pre-deployment & pilot-preparation stage, seeking structured engagement with Indian city governments, transport departments, urban mobility agencies, & other relevant public authorities.

A congestion-management solution that cannot achieve public acceptance is unlikely to deliver long-term impact. RBCP is designed around the understanding that effective congestion management must combine pricing mechanisms with incentives, rewards, recognition, & clear public communication.

MTSAi provides the technology infrastructure. Government stakeholders define the applicable rules, congestion thresholds, incentive structures, exemptions, & policy parameters. This separation of responsibilities is fundamental to the platform's governance model.

MTSAi does not claim deployments before they exist, nor assert outcomes before they are measured. The current focus is to identify pilot partners who can evaluate, test, & refine the RBCP approach through transparent, evidence-based collaboration.

The city-branded commuter app is designed to give residents a meaningful way to participate in congestion-reduction programmes, receive incentives & recognition, & understand their contribution toward improving urban mobility. The objective is to create a model where citizens have a reason to participate & governments have access to a more politically sustainable congestion-management framework.

MTSAi is a pre-deployment company actively developing its technology platform & preparing for structured pilot discussions with government stakeholders. Any future deployment will depend on technical validation, government approvals, legal & regulatory review, operational readiness, & mutually agreed implementation frameworks.

MTSAi collaborates with the Budapest University of Technology & Economics (BME) on traffic simulation, mobility demand modelling, & congestion behaviour in high-density urban corridors.
